Welcome to the sixth One Sentence Reviews, a new series where The Horror Club visits classic films, some dating back to the ’50s or before, some more recent, and give them either a thumbs up or a thumbs down with the review. Short and sweet, and right to the point.
Next up is Phantoms (1998).
Synopsis: an unspeakable evil has mysteriously wiped out a whole town. Two vacationing sisters and a cop from a nearby town try to piece things together with the help of Flyte, an academic.
Rating:👎
Review: With such an interesting premiss, Phantoms could (and should) have been better.
Tune back in next time where we will review another film in just one sentence.
